In the app (fastest)

1. Open StyleChart and tap your photo or initials in the top corner to open Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email hello+style@wholeatlas.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my StyleChart account.” If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email,” tell us that and we’ll help you verify the account. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What’s deleted

• Your StyleChart: every service, formula, product, photo, note and share, and its access log.
• Your client and professional profiles, profile photos and your next appointment.
• Your sign-in links and all sessions. Apple sign-in access is revoked.

What’s kept

• Services you recorded as a professional on clients’ StyleCharts stay on those records, because they belong to your clients. They show as “Former member,” with your name, photo, specialty and code removed. Your private professional notes are deleted.
• Copies in backups and security logs for a limited time, until they’re overwritten (up to 30 days).
• De-identified, aggregated data that can’t identify you.
